            Employee presentation, onsite Persistency follow-up and onboarding.

          ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
              Write Initiating Coverage report for adding companies to the Equity portfolio.
              Write quarterly, periodic reports covering quarterly financial results and any other material information.
              Work independently covering two sectors under large and midcap.
              Maintain and work on financial model for the portfolio companies of macro and industry data series as well as company specific financial models.
              Communicate key findings and recommendations to appropriate unit/team.
              Conduct assessment on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) risks, and opportunities.
              Conduct industry diligence and primary research through surveys, expert conference calls, and various channel checks to evaluate industry trends Participate in industry and company sponsored conferences and field trips.
            EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
              A minimum of 5 years of experience in similar profile.
              Chartered Accountant or MBA (finance)
              CFA will be an added advantage.
            PREFERRED SKILLS
              Prior Experience exclusively researching BFSI/Banking Stock.

            ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
              Compliance
                Responsible for reviewing all relevant statutory laws and regulations applicable to the Company and ensure compliance.
                Responsible for business activities are conducted in conformity with all applicable laws, regulations, internal policies and procedures.
                Responsible for all regulatory permissions remain current and appropriate for business needs.
                Continual compliance risk assessment of company practices together with the development of internal policies and procedures, compliance and protocols.
                Serve as liaison for all regulatory bodies as well as maintaining relationships with relevant legal bodies and associations.
                Keep abreast of regulatory developments and industry initiatives and advise management accordingly.
                Provide reporting with respect to regulatory requirements and developments.
                Develop compliance checklists and prepare compliance reports, as and when due.
                Ensuring compliance with best practices.
                Monthly/ Quarterly/ Half-Yearly/ Yearly reporting to the regulator.
              Legal
                Maintenance and review of Legal Agreements, Handling legal matters.
                Negotiation, drafting and implementation of the terms of agreements in all business contracts and agreements.
                Responsible for providing legal support to mitigate the risk of litigation and maintain.
                Review all documentation that has legal implications for the company prior to signing and implementing.
                Provide assistance to the Company Secretary for secretarial activities as and when required.
                Perform other, related duties, as assigned by the Management.
              EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
                Qualified Company Secretary with LLB/LLM degree.
                Minimum of 2-4 years in similar profile.

                Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word).
